How to place an order?
- When you have found a product you like, make sure you check product specifications such as size and colour.
- Click " Buy Now" and the item will go to the cart. You can continue the shopping or go to the check out.
- Fill out all the information required and make a payment.
- We will send you a confirmation email and notify you on the status of your order.
- We process the order within 2 business days upon the confirmation of order and payment.
- You will be given a tracking number to check the arrival of your parcel.
Are your designer products authentic and brand new?
- We are the authorized dealer of All Designer Brands in our online store.
- The Designer Brands are directly coming from Europe.
- We guarantee 100% that All Designer Brand products purchased from us are Authentic and Brand New, all original tags are included. We can provide you full detailed invoice confirming exactly what you have purchased with all our details present for your records.
How long is the delivery?
- Shipments are made by using FedEx Express or Economy. The estimated arrival is between 7 to 14 days and depends on your location.
- Once your payment has been confirmed we usually manage to ship out your purchase order within 1-2 business days. Depending on your purchase amount it could take a few days longer.
- A tracking number will be provided.
How much is the shipping fee?
- The shipping cost is calculated automatically at check out by weight.
- The standard shipping cost is $12.95
- Right now, we ship to Australia only.
Can I change order details such as size, shipping address etc.?
- Please review your order and the details below confirming it. If you would have changes in your order details, please send us a message within 24 hours. Once the order has been processed and shipped, changes will not be made.
What kind of payment do you accept?

How do I cancel my order?
- For cancellation of order, please send us message within 24 hours after placing the order and the refund will be issued.
- If the order has been processed and shipped, the cancellation will not be granted.
I have not received my order, what will I do?
- If you have not received your order, please track your parcel through the tracking id that we provided.
- If you find the tracking number is invalid, it maybe because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status.
- If you would still need more help, you can send us a message and we will assist you.
The product that I received doesn't match the description. What can I do?
- Please be reminded to read all the descriptions carefully and make sure that you picked the right size, colour etc.
- We don't accept return and refund for a change of mind or item does not fit because of mistakes in placing order. However, if you are not satisfied with the product that you have received, contact us within 2 days after the receipt for the resolution.
