Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Change of Mind

"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don't fit the way that you would like. We do accept returns within 14 days from delivery against a restock fee of 10% "Maximum EUR 20or AUD 32."

If you want to return the order for a change of mind or because the you chose the wrong size/product, you will be charged for return shipment.

However, If you want to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.

We will consider a change of mind returns provided they meet the following guidelines:
  • Return within 14 days
  • Fit for resell
  • It is in its original packaging, including labels and all accessories attached;
  • It is unworn, unopened, unused, unwashed and in its original condition;
  • Return with proof of purchase (order number, credit or bank statement)
Non-returnable item:
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
  • Items have obvious sign of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 days or depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message through filling out the form below or send us email to with photos attached. Our customer service will assist you at their best.

Upon receiving a returned product, we issue a full refund of shipping fee and item, provided that terms and conditions are met. Otherwise, a partial refund will be issued depending on the condition of the returned item upon receipt.
